One team. One cause. One community
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
Downbeach Coaches vs. Cancer is a South Jersey tradition built on grit, community, and purpose.
For over 13 seasons, we’ve brought together the region’s top high school baseball teams for a four-day showcase—raising funds, honoring lives, and taking a swing at cancer. From the first pitch to the final out, this isn’t just about baseball. It’s about legacy, scholarships, and the fight to end a disease that touches us all.

Mission & History
Downbeach Baseball CvC was established as an organization to support the American Cancer Society and additionally, to align with our commitment to the fight against cancer.
The positive impact on our community will be achieved by providing the local high school baseball community the opportunity to attend a three-day baseball classic and ultimately learn more about our role in the fight against cancer that affects us all.
The success of the project cannot be measured simply by the financial implications. Success is truly obtained by increasing awareness and participation of the community and legacy of leaving a lasting impact on the former, current, and future patients along with their families and support systems.
